  1. Someone tell me how to feel. I always liked Dean as a coach and feel like this season is just kinda flukey, but at the same time I feel like Dean was not the answer in the playoffs anyway

  2. Dean was a good coach. I liked him.

Too bad. But after 7 losses in a row, it was obvious he lost control of the troops. Something didn’t work

  3. Bill, you made a mess of the bed. Now you get to make it.

Those extensions were horrible. The dead cap years have been completely mismanaged and it isn’t Dean’s fault at all.

  4. I didn’t believe Dean was gonna take us to the promised land of a Stanley Cup but it hurts to see him go. I’m confused if this team thinks they’re a playoff contender or building for 2 years from now. It’s on you now Guerin, get it done.

  5. Darby needs to be gone too, otherwise Leipold and Guerin are just not actually trying to solve the problem.

  6. Wow, I would have ridden the Dean train for the year and reevaluated this offseason. I hope BG has a solid plan.

  7. I think we all know it’s not really a coaching problem here, but a player/talent problem. Had to do something I suppose, and we can’t fire the whole team.

  8. Yay… a coach straight from the revolving door.

I’ll give him a chance to see what he can do. But somehow I can’t get excited.

And as others have said; how the hell did Darby Hendrickson survive? Isn’t he in charge of the special teams?

  9. Is fucking Darby gone too? Don’t know why he is allowed to stay in a coaching position yet again. If the new coach doesn’t clean house he’s an even bigger fool that what I already know about him.

  10. Evasion fell on the sword. He had success in the regular season, given constraints, but things had to change eventually.
