It’s the Year of The Faber
Unfortunately he has almost no shot. The Norris isn’t a defenseman trophy. It’s a 4th forward that plays on the blue line. If he’s not up there in the top 5 in points, he’s got no shot.
Faber is MVP of this team so far this year. Could you imagine how much worse we’d be without him??
I think the Norris talk for Faber was a little much, but Calder? I’m on board
Karlsson won the Norris last year with a -26 (granted the Sharks are/were terrible). Unfortunately, actual defensive prowess is not a tenet of the award as much as I’d like it to be.
