Assuming he gets to play in San Jose, I assume this was the most lucrative offer financially speaking.

Going to a rebuilding team with zero expectations and plenty of playing time for young kids. Hard to blame him.
Wild are loaded with prospects competing to stand out and earn a limited spot on a team like the Wild is probably what pushed him away.
W choice for him he won’t be backlogged with other plays and gets to play with Eklund and some vets sprinkled in. Will probs get 14+ minutes and PP out the gate.
Hard to be mad at someone going to the sharks
Meh…will probably turn in to another Ben Meyers (yes, just trying to cope).
Good for him! he won’t be playing for the Wild but he sure will be playing with a bunch XD

More playing time/money? Is that why he chose SJ?
