For years my brother and I have been searching for a catch made by Brady Clark at Coors field on July 26, 2003. At some point we just assumed the video was erased forever. There have other reddit posts about it, the Journal Sentinel mentioned it last year in its article about the most memorable defensive moments in Brewers history (while noting the "video is hard to come by"). Our journey included contacting the Brewers in hopes they could dig it out of their archives and even getting a hold of Brady Clark himself who sadly told us he did not have a copy of the catch.

Today I stumbled across a YouTube channel that was posting random Sportscenter episodes….and sure enough…there was July 26, 2003 baseball highlights.

Enjoy in all its glory, one of the greatest catches in Brewers history: BRADY CLARK > JIM EDMONDS > WILLY MAYS

  1. Awesome! What a fun flashback. But the rest of the highlights made me sad.

  2. This is one of the two catches he had like this. If I remember correctly, and I’m old so who knows, the other one was more spectacular. He literally lays out, like a full pike, diving backwards, flying through the air.

I was so blown away that you found this one, and I’m thankful to have seen it again, but wow do I wish we could find the other.

I also contacted the brewers, never heard back. I randomly google every so often looking for it.

    Thank you for sharing this!!!
