It’s a long season but I’m happy with a 5 game lead and I’m enjoying the Cubs at the bottom.
I know there’s only like a 0.1% chance of it happening, but if craig was fired after the first year while we win the division with Murph, that’d be so vindicating.
I may almost feel bad for CC then.
My only hope this season was to finish ahead of the cubs. The fact that we are greatly exceeding my expectations is just the greatest bonus at this point.

The Cardinals always do this…..and i don’t like it!! Its making me nervous when they go on these runs and are getting close to overtaking us. Just thank god its still June and not September yet.
