Michael Hage talks Sharks during pre-draft availability

[Music] Michael so any um teams reach out to you um before this draft and and anybody that you’re you talk to beforehand um I mean yeah obviously talked to them at the combine and a couple teams reached out afterwards and did a couple of meetings and little extra information for them but um yeah I mean just a lot of basic stuff and trying to get to know you more as a person hly did you meet with the sharks at all I did meet with them at the combine yeah meet with my career and everything yeah great how’ you think of them I thought it went well yeah I mean really nice people um he’s a really nice guy I thought they well sense of it was pretty relaxed over when you look at around the NHL who do you think you model your game after um I really like a guy like Jack eel I think um he’s someone lot skill obviously has size to his game I I think he’s a guy that I can take a lot of things from and learn a lot from and uh what would you say your biggest strengths are as a player um I think my skating and my hockey IQ my two days it allows me to be really creative with the CL and challeng defenseman honestly just make the game easier for for my teammates and and harder on on one more question anything that you think specifically you want to work on over the next year or two before you um start to prepare for the NHL I think just continue to get stronger honestly I mean it’s a hard leag to play it’s strong and physical so I think being physically ready and as ready as possible so just continue work in the gym get stronger and what’s the plan next year for your development where you going to be playing at um I’ll play at Michigan next year so to school there really excited I I think we have a good team I trust that really great program as well oh yeah thanks thanks for your time
