As a side note, I wonder why lamelo is rarely ever in media photos or events these days. He’s taken some pictures with coach Lee and it’s not like he’s always missing, but lately I feel like I rarely see him in photos of hornets community outreach events and media. I’m always seeing Brandon and mark, I would hope we see more involvement of our franchise player with how much we’re dedicating to him.
This season id just love for him to stay healthy and to get flashes of his potential. Next years draft would be a great lottery to be in so there’s no immediate pressure for him to look like a superstar if we’re not pushing for the playoffs. That said I’d still like some of what we saw last season where we can beat top teams when healthy like when we beat the C’s at home.
Just shoot over 40% please
Stay healthy, dominate G league by end of season
Minutes
Stay healthy and by seasons end show improvement that he can be a piece on this team that can compete at the nba level
A good season would be if he’s averaging around 10-15 minutes per game by the All-Star break, while making good cuts on offense and shooting between 33-35% from 3. I’m also hopeful that he can be a solid defender.
I have no idea what to expect.
NSJ confirmed to be 6’2
Who hates it? Who else would we take with this upside? Let’s goo
While his footwork is terrible at the moment, the occasional “Wow” play on defense and if he gets some minutes with Melo, Miller, and Mark then the occasional hot streak from 3 considering the opportunities that Melo creates.
If there are flashes of that then we are in good shape.
Just steady development and improvement. I expect he will see time between Charlotte and Greensboro. Stay healthy, and provide a decent 10-12 minutes per game. If this pays off, it will be late in year 2 or year 3.
Can’t wait for TidJane to meet Xavier Leggett 🤣🤣🤣
This is a 3 year experiment. – Year 1: Stay healthy, bulk up, get minutes. – Year 2: Stay healthy, bulk up, hit 40% catch and shoot 3s – Year 3: stay healthy, bulk up, become a 3 level scorer.
Anyone who hates it just wants to be mad at this point.
