  1. Future considerations being:
    – One single next generation Keurig machine
    – 24 Starbucks Pike Place pods
    – $289 cash

  2. Man I’m really hoping this Future Considerations kid ends up being a solid NHL player.

    (sarcasm in case I wasn’t clear. 😅)

  3. Hopefully he gets the chance to play on the 3rd pair or at least some time as the 7th D.

  4. Wasn’t he traded here with Patches for future considerations as well? Easy come, easy go I guess. Would’ve been cool to at least get the conditional 7th I saw reported yesterday but oh well.

I swear I recall him having a really good first pre-season with us, but anytime he played after that in a real game he showed why he was not in our starting lineup. Like ET said recently I think this’ll be a good move to help keep a spot open for Morrow to be the first callup in case of injury. Which will be better for his development to not be blocked by someone older who, at 26 years old already, doesn’t show much signs of progressing beyond a generic and easily replaceable NHL 6/7 defenseman

  5. We get the benefit of not having him turn pucks over that end up in our net!!!

    10/10 TRADE !!!!!

  6. Pro-player move. I like it. He’s not going to crack the line-up here. Let him go somewhere that he might, and even better when it’s somewhere in the Western Conference.

  7. I feel for him. Gotta feel like your team hates you to get sent to Manitoba for literally nothing.

He’s not horrible, just made a few mistakes and wasn’t going to crack our D lineup that way. I hope the Jets give him a shot.

  8. I like this move for the Jets, aircraft maintenance can be expensive and by acquiring Cogs they could save a lot on parts.

  9. Given how analytically-minded Tulsky is, “future considerations” could very well end up being “key core member.”
