  1. It seems like they are building a really great staff. Excited to see if they start making a few roster moves soon with all the staff in place

  2. Biggest move of the off-season for me(outside of the Mitchell extension) and clear front-runner for the Cavs tradition of firing HCs and promoting the assistant. I wanted this dude as Head Coach, would have made me ecstatic. This is the best of both worlds more or less.

  3. Wow coaching staff is shaping up amazingly. One solid free agent/trade addition will make me a very happy lad

  4. Figured this was gonna happen. I definitely could see Gilbert making a deal with Mitchell to bring Bryant in to get him to stay

  5. ANYONE UPSET WITH KOBY’S MOVE’S YA’LL ARE MISSING THE BIG PICTURE BABY!

KNICKS ARE TRYING TO STEAL DONOVAN, WELL WE GOT ONE OF THEIR COACHES!!!

  6. A HC who’s going to run the offense into a bud/Kerr 3 point run and gun style shooting team and an AHC who’s been a key part of coaching staffs that were pretty good at stopping those types of offenses.

  7. I hate talking about exes but this is another reason why JB Bickerstaff needed to go. He had clear deficiencies as a HC but surrounded himself with assistants like Sidney Lowe or Luke Walton who had no real history of being good coaches themselves.

This new coaching team seems filled with competence and experience. I look forward to seeing how this translates to growth for the players.
