I used to be a server at high end chain steakhouse in Boca Raton, FL. Skinny Joey was a regular there with his family. He’s was always a pretty nice guy to the staff and would give outrageous tips. He probably just said hi to Sauce and wanted a picture. I wouldn’t read too much into it.
I’m more confused about them shaking hands while both turned and directly staring into the camera with blank expressions.
