[Anne Rogers] Jac Caglianone says the plan with the #Royals right now is for him to continue what he did in college as a two-way player. “I’m very thankful they’re giving me the opportunity to do both. I won’t let them down.”

Honestly I do like hearing this, I’d love to see him get the opportunity to do both and transition to one if it doesn’t work out.
Good.
Same as with Blake Mitchell from last year
Let’s fucking goooo. Two way players rule!
Sadly, the MLB likes to take fun out of the game and makes nearly every TWP sooner or later a pitcher or position player. See Paul Skenes, Nate Eaton or even later in his respective career, Michael Lorenzen. Or what happened to Austin Charles’ two-way career?
