Just gotta keep winning more series than rest of the division
Welp
Tough loss. Time to get the next series
Trade Nolan Arenado for Bobby Miller this off-season.
Marmol lost us that game by going to bum ass Leahy. Dude is a fucking MORON
7 games out in the division, oof. it’s likely gonna be wild card or bust.
These are the kinds of games that are going to happen, but they’re a lot less excusable when you need every win. We need to win 2 out of every 3 remaining games to make the playoffs, and blowing leads doesn’t help.
On the plus side, if Masyn Winn can keep flashing this power then we have a superstar on our hands.
Not enough.
Sadness returns…
Erm :3 Would’ve been nice to win but you guys know how hard sweeps a- *gets skinned alive*. In all seriousness the bullpen was torched. Maybe Gibson could’ve started the 7th but, there’s only so much you can expect with no Kitty or Hels. Offense went anemic too and lots of key contributors no showed. Still we’re 1.5 games closer to playoff spot than before this series and have got a little momentum going so let’s try and at least split the Royals and take care of business against Cincy. Also fuck Brandon Lowe and his stupid WRONG last name pronunciation.
I know he doesn’t make as much as Goldie but why isn’t anyone on Noots ass for sub par performance this season?
We really needed bullpen help and all we got is Armstrong. I realize that Carlson’s value was low, but I can’t believe it was that low.
we needed the sweep and we failed.
Hate to say it, but that one was on Goldy as much as the bullpen.
Two big opportunities to score insurance runs – Flyout, GIDP
3 runs on 10 pitches. Great work out there Leahy and Romero
Not sweeping feels bad, because it was within reach, and because it’s a rough road from here to September.
So. From season 1 on MGM+ is free on Amazon prime and it’s actually pretty damn good. Horror/thriller series starring one of the guys from Oz and Pvt. Webster from BoB. Russo Bros are EPs. If you’re looking for something to take the stank out of that dong hit tonight, might be worth a watch.
How much longer do we as fans have to put up with this franchises acceptance of being a second rate team?
