It’s got to be another kind of shitty feeling to have earned over $6.7M USD in your career and to be in that position. Hopefully he can land on his feet.

Might have gotten taken out by the pandemic but running a business that you haven’t grinded up into from early in your career can be dangerous. Even being a good engineer doesn’t mean you’ll know how to deal with contracts or manage relationships.
I guess he’ll have to begin all over.
It must really suck to have things like this become public knowledge. All the best to Steve and his family.
