Tre Tucker and DJ Turner looked good I guess
The QB Room is not too good
Boo!!!
Rich Gannon still praising AOC as if he’s his son..
đ
It’s going to be that kind of season, huh?
This was definitely a game.
Can’t wait to watch AOC funnel checkdowns to Bowers or Minshew overthrow Adams this season :/
AOC week 1 see you guys in LA
Remember this is all off season and quite vanilla!!!
That did not at all enhance my calm.
This season is gonna hinge real hard on the health of the O-Line. If any starters miss time, that line is gonna fall apart like a sandcastle.
I feel like weâre cooked ngl.
Both of our QBs, who were starters last year, struggled against 2nd/3rd/4th stringers. The o-line was actually horrendous. The 2nd string defense is actually trash. Wilson is just bad. And weâre still in QB hell and most likely wonât know until Week 1. It just seems like AP and this staff are completely clueless.
And before you say âitâs only preseasonâ keep in mind that most likely both AOC and Minshew are going to play this season. Most likely substituting for the other one benched. Theyâre both mid. I have that feeling that this gonna be a very long season.
Why didnt bowers play? Are we just saving him?
Anyone have that video of the charger fan in his basement? I can’t find it anywhere.
Iâm just a simple, diehard Aussie fan but something about Bradley looked really good? Am I wigging out or is it just from watching 3 qtrs of two mid QBs battle it out for starter
Adams will not be on this team next year if this offense doesn’t take a huge stride upward mid season.
Someone tell Mark to give Brady 1% of the Raiders to come out of retirement.
Nothing from tonightâs game should be that surprising if we all managed expectations accordingly. I do think QB will look better with Davante and Bowers starting, but tough to be too excited about the season right now.
Dak would be perfect for this team next off-season
Some thots:
1. Dallas never fielded their 1s. That’s a deep bench. Good drafting over the years. We were running many of our 1s into 2nd half. And didn’t look good. Ouch.
2. Agree with AP, our D 1s getting torched in run game, not good.
3. Except the p6, AOC had decent stats. Minshew looked terrible.
4. Our OL after 1s are not good.
I know everyone is hoping that AOC can happen, but realistically we have a bottom 5 QB room in the NFL. Strategic tank might be in order if weâre garbage by the holidays. Not sure what that would mean for coaches, but Telesco would probably be safe. DA might have to be moved though.
I feel bad for Maxx and the fans. He’s the heart and soul of the team, and Mark just can’t seem to improve the product on the field.
Well this season is done for. What QB should we be eyeing in the next draft?
This is what the pro-Carr crowd said the QB room would be like all those years and about how it can always be worse. Although, it seems we made a good choice to move off Carr because he honestly has not had a good season since 2021. Current version of Carr would be disappointing the fuck out of us too. Rest of the roster doesnât even matter if thereâs no QB. All the AP hype doesnât matter if thereâs no QB. Itâs the be all end all position and you either have it or you donât. We donât, but weâve deluded ourselves into thinking âBUT DILFER AND RAVENS WON A SBâ âBUT AP AND GOOD DEFENSEâ. Not happening fellas
We on QB#5 to figure it out within 2 years LMAO. And it’s gonna be a couple more til it’s settled.
We shouldâve never got rid of Jacobs
We had a bunch of starters play the entire game and we got our asses beat by their 2s and 3s.
Itâs gonna be a really tough year.
Nobody should be surprised. People in here will be. But they shouldnât be.
Until we get a qb, the best we can hope for is mediocre 6-8 wins.
Anyone know why Bowers didnât play?
So disappointed in Wilson.
With Tucker as the 3rd WR, Iâve made peace with Renfrowâs departure.
Still waiting to see something in Laube
Thought AOC would have been sharper.
Will Kolton be ready by week1?
54 pass attempts, 15 runs, and 2 more pass plays that ended up as scrambles.
This is not typical Getsy offense, thus I would not judge too harshly. It’s hard to pass block that many times, and those guys upfront like to push forward and assert themselves in run blocking.
