I don’t know if De’Vondre Campbell could be the same player from his All-Pro season (2021) again, he filling in nicely though. Nice addition from the FO.
Ronnie Bell was promising last year, but he might have the worst hands in the NFL. There’s no way he’s making the team in front of Cowing, who has done more than Gray as well.
& I don’t get why Kyle was running Purdy with 2nd and 3rd stringers against Saints starters. Two unnecessary hits.
Mordecai is the 2024 Mr Irrelevant.
We’ve got the best QB room and the best LB room in the league top to bottom
No further questions
Cant wait to see the talking heads turn a 57% completion game from Dobbs into Purdy panic. Dobbs did great though, especially his first 7/7 for 50 yards. Who knew a QB would look bad with mediocre college players against a starting NFL defense, though?
So now Chase Young decides to have a good game.
Our skill position players in this game were so meh. Only guy who really stood out was Cowing. I also thought Vaughn had better runs that Shroeder and Breida.
Hope they cleanup the penalties
Hopefully what we saw from Dobbs today wasn’t a Dobbsanity run like in the Vikings otherwise he’s a very solid QB2
It’s gonna boil my blood when people say Purdy is not legit just because he played with backups and 3rd stringers against the starters of the Saints.
(copied-pasted from game thread) ngl whatever happens with Pearsall, if we’ve hit with Green, Puni, Mustapha, and Cowing, which seems entirely possible, this is one of the best drafts of the Shanahan/Lynch era
I can’t believe Moody is still on the team
Kyle left purdy in too long with 3rd string lineman.
Good game, no injuries limited mistakes very impressed with our young defensive backs
Lol Kyle saying he didn’t even think about Purdy getting hit every play. Some things you shouldn’t say out loud lol..
Cowing looked good.
Dobbs and Cowing had some great moments tonight. I was also impressed with what we saw from Mordecai. Needless to say, we’re looking pretty solid at QB.
mordecai looked slow with a noodle arm
Josh Dobbs is the 🐐
No idea why Moody missed that badly. Better than in a real game but cmon man. Sort that shit out. Meanwhile we got random Cowboys kicker hitting records.
Ronnie Bell is just goddamn awful and I wish they would stop giving him opportunities.
I’m excited for Green. I hope he proves to be a reliable cover corner.
Our D line is…..questionable. Other than Bosa, who is basically just an OLB. Who do we have stopping the run?? I’m very concerned we will be giving up 3 yards of no contact to every RB we face.
