Jordan finishes with one of the greatest layups of all time

I’m not his biggest fan personally, but it is insanely impressive how big of an icon he is! The man retired as a Bull in 98 and retired for good in 03 and he’s still posted on here more than any active player.
Hang time and in air body control is def two of the things he’s unquestionably the GOAT at
Not one of, the goat layup imo.
Hits one of the greatest layups of all time, gets fouled, doesn’t complain, casually jogs down court. I love LeBron and I’m from Ohio but people who grew up watching Jordan know who the real GOAT is.
I don’t know why people say it was impossible to drive the lane in the super physical 90s
Watch the reaction from the other team’s bench in the last replay…
A spectacular move by Micheal Jordan!
Tyrese Haliburton did this layup once this past season
And Stacey King standing there wide open for the same layup as Jordan draws 3 defenders. But we don’t call people the goat for making that pass.
Both Jordan and Lebron stans working overtime after the olympics, I will be there no matter what.
The goat at finishing in traffic above and below the rim.
This offseason really just gonna be Lebron vs Jordan posts huh?
Jordan was just leagues and shoulders more athletic than anyone in the league… it’s like a player from today playing in the 80s.. really feels like Jordan is a time traveler lol
“One of the greatest layups of all-time”
Bron vs Jordan posts will continue until morale improves.
I could have sworn that someone dubbed this one as the father, the son, the holy spirit, amen. But I can never seem to find it.
Jordan was just taking advantage of a bad defensive scheme that only sent four defenders at him.
Sometimes I dream…
Robert Johnson cut a deal with the devil.
Michael Jordan cut a deal with gravity.
Those Nets jerseys are so fucking fire
my all time fav play of his
I saw Jamal murray do that in the bubble playoffs.
In today’s NBA, most players would pass it to the open 3 point shooter if they drive to the paint and it’s crowded like that. Honestly, that’s the smarter play on paper. But I miss the circus layup shots in traffic from the older nba.
Oh, Yes. Yes. Yes.
That acrobatic move and body control is insane. I have not seen any player do anything similar, maybe Derrick Rose comes to mind. It’s one thing to jump high, it’s another level hanging in the air and twisting with such grace and body control.
Every time I see a clip of Jordan, I’m just like, yes. He was as good as you remember. Probably better.
The basketball player in me watching early Jordan highlights: could you not have passed the ball for an easier shot?
The fan in me watching early Jordan hightlights: hell yeah!
Getting by four different set defenders and making a reverse lay-up is insane.
His hang time is unlike anything else.
Am I trippin or have I seen Ja Morant finish some layups similar to this? I know people like to roast him for understandable reasons, but man he’s an amazing athlete and finisher, especially for a pretty young player.
Immortalized in pixels in NBA live 95
Watched his highlights from this game. There’s at least 3 other plays that make u go whoa.
Kyrie does this 100times a year
MJ doing GOAT things. Nothing to see here.
My GOAT#1
6 for 6 and gave the fans show every night wherever he went. In my time, Jordan was a sensation and I’m grateful to have witnessed it.
The opposing bench reaction lmao
Kyrie does this every season 🤷
For the record, after that, a bunch of playgrounds had people trying that all the time.
