  1. MLB Network generally does a better job than others of talking about the actual good teams.

  2. The Packers and Brewers successes are eerily similar. It’s quite impressive what both teams have been able to do with such young and unknown squads.

  3. “I bet you couldn’t name a starter other than Peralta”

I’m tired of this mindset. Colin Rea is the best starter in our rotation this year. He’s outpacing Freddy in bWAR and has a 119 ERA+ as opposed to Freddy’s 105.

  4. Let’s just keep flying under the radar, let everyone in the media suck off the Dodgers and Phillies and Braves, then we just waltz in cool as cucumbers

  5. Geez I was listening to some of the brewers podcasts and they sounded like we weren’t doing good … maybe it was just me … but I turned it off

  6. Guess the Brew Crew’s been so good lately, they’re making the national media realize that beer isn’t the only thing brewing in Milwaukee.

  7. I like how seemingly awkward and generally uninformed, outside of the handful of ‘big names, all three of them were for this whole segment.

  8. MLB Now spent 10 minutes on the Brewers last Friday, good coverage, some of commentators get it, some are only interested if the team is from either coast.

  9. Even in this piece, it still feels like what they want to say is, “The Brewers aren’t this good; their division is just that bad.”
