I imagine the wrist will imflame the more he throws, as the quarters come i dmt think hes gonna be able to sustain throwing it 40 to 50 times a game.
he is wearing a glove on a sunny day???????? THATS A GRIP ISSUE!!!!!!!!!!!!
I’m sure his wrist is sore, but he was likely breaking in the glove.
Another slow start.
everytime i see Joe inna compression sleeve im like SHUT IT DOWN BRO!!!!
Yeah he can’t grip the ball and that’s a big problem he probably had some numbness and needs to rest till week one and see what happens. If the Bengals are smart they better pick a QB after the release from the preseason.
I won't overreact with Joe's off day or whatever. I'll say this though, recovery and health come first. Don't push it. He has to be honest with himself and coaches about how he feels. Don't let the preasure of starting fast dictate the overall picture. If he's healthy for most the season we will get into the playoffs. It's that simple.
He is having problems gripping the ball because of the soreness
Hyperbole at it’s finest.
Cincy Jungle article had wrist doc saying he will experience soreness and inflammation for a year. We are around 9 month mark of recovery. Meds and injections will help with it. My guess is he will get those on game day
Edit: probably using anti-inflammatory now too
Im still not comfortable with burrows wris4 injury. Not seeing a lotcof tight spirals on his throws. Something is off. If he's not right season is over
After surgery there is gonna be scar tissue right? There are going to be periods of working through that. Sometimes it will be painful and sometimes it will impact your motion. He may not be 100% for most of this year. I am just basing this off of how other injuries work. I don't really know anything about anything.
Been a Bengals fan since 1971 but i dont expect them to return to the Super Bowl this yr their Division has caught up with them its much better than 2021. Zack play calling is the worse in NFL history i never seen so many screen passes in my fuckin life they should be called the Screen Team..Burrow is not healthy an may get injured again this yr, Chase is unsigned, Its Higgins last yr, Mr Clutch Tyler Boyd is gone. Mims & T. Brown cant play 8 games without injury, DJ Turner an Dax are fast an rely on their athletic ability because they have no Technique. Cody Ford is Booty.
james over hyped a worries about everything, there are going to be up and down days
Well, at least the defense is looking improved. I'm not worried about Burrow having a bad day in practice, he will figure it out.
Bengals fan for 40 years.. LOVE JOE…. Nobody wants to say this….. he is done… he will never be the same. This injury? QB throwing arm? Nobody has ever recovered 100% form this type of injury. This is not good you guys. Make my words… he’s done. He’ll never reach the level he was at. I hate to be a downer but think realistic about this and you will come to the same conclusion
Please be healthy for week 1 burrow
Biggest bunch of doomers and losers in this fanbase I hate I have to be a fan with you bunch.
Joe burrow might be prone to injury it seems. That fact that the defense is winning anything against the offense is scary
Please make him chill until the season starts
WHO DEY!
