He had good answers to what must be pretty annoying questions. Which is good because there is a lot more where that is coming from.

Imagine being Saku watching Kent Hughes bringing all these solid wingers to Suzuki… you went thought the darkest 10-15 years of the habs history and the only good winger you got was Kovalev.
Suzuki got Caufield, Slaf, Demidov and now Laine.

I remember teasing all my leaf friends, saying laine was better (than matthews) after his rookie season. I don’t necessarily think that was ever true, but it was a fun chirp and now, here we are.

I see this as a bit of a risky pickup, but honestly, the price is right, so I’m totally on board.
