Shoutout the real ones who are always here win or lose
Cubs need to have a team meeting or something. The vibes today did not exist. The game felt weird the entire time. I didn’t like it one bit.
cant wait for football to start in two weeks 🙏
I’m numb at this point
Taillon got Fukin rocked.
The wrong team scored in the 9th, smh
it’s over. brig up the young guys and give them at bats. instead of wisdom preferably.
Thats a flatline folks. Bow your heads
Maybe we were the soft part of schedule this whole time.
Time to bring up all the young guys from AAA. Neely got rocked but we need to see what we’ve got down there.
More like the Chicago Flubs
Some of this is the tail wagging the dog, but the Cubs are now 18-39 when Patrick Wisdom plays and 44-26 when he doesn’t.

The next DFA tomorrow morning should be Wisdom.
They should have fire the hitting coach 3 months ago. I swear every 3rd game the cubs offense looks dead in the water
Javy did his best for us but wasn’t allowed to play today
We may have an overpaid team of underperforming veterans led by an overpaid manager who has lead the team to a disappointing record, but at least we also have a conservative President of Baseball Operations that is both unwilling to acquire a star offensive player and unable to develop one while also deciding to pay handsomely for bad/mediocre ones!
Well, that was disappointing….get em tomorrow.
At this point why not just call up the Iowa kids and let’s see what they got while just trying to enjoy the final games of the season?
Playoffs are basically over for us so why not just see what we have?
Can they just bring up all the top prospects and let them play at this point?
Crushed – good thing Jed decided to keep Taillon around for next season so they can continue to be mid instead of trading him at peak value
Neely should fit in well with this team
