  1. He doesn't exactly seem thrilled at this changing teams lol…probably took a gamble that the Oilers would match the offer sheet and they called his bluff.

  2. He looks a little shell shocked, I’m thinking he fully expected the Oilers to match! Who in their right mind, would choose to leave a Stanley cup contender where you had the opportunity to play with the two best players in the world! He doesn’t come across as being overly thrilled with the outcome.

  3. Reporter: Would you rather hang out in a bar with Broberg or Connor McDavid and Leon Draisaitl?
Holloway: oh that's an easy one…definitely Broberg, which is why I took the money.

  4. He's a young player and if he's confident in his abilities his time for the big money will come. I don't understand the mindset that money rules all. The Alberta boy bolting the Oilers, the best team in the league, favorites to win the cup blows my mind. Take the money and run I guess, you probably aren't someone who cares about the glory and admiration of winning a cup on a Canadian team. Go buy your G Wagon and see if that makes you happy boy!

  5. I think Dylan thought the Oilers would match and is a little shocked at this outcome. Good job taking yourself out of a chance to play with Draisaitl and win a cup. Have fun with the mediocrity

  6. Two busts that are now grossly overpaid busts. 😂😂. Joke is on you St Lou! A desperate Armstrong likely losing sleep all week with major buyer remorse!

Hoping to get one and now have the burden of both. Sorry no refunds!

    lol.

  7. I’m bummed your leavin Edmonton but will cheer you on regardless. Super talented and one of my favourite players so excited to watch him get better and better. Hopefully you get nothing but love when you play Edmonton. ❤️

  8. Couple guys on this thread going off about being
“Salty” . What’s there to be salty an out? Yeah we lost two good young players but the Blues overpaid them both for what they are at this point in their careers, maybe they will be worth that by the end of those contracts but I doubt it . We just made the cup final and we will be one of the top teams in the NHL once again. No salt over here
