Love this move by the Astros!
Neris is like getting a deadline trade pickup that didn't cost anything but a minimum contract. A win-win
You guys are awesome to watch keep up the good content!!
Boost to the bp and to the clubhouse
Taylor Scott started slowing down right after that good start he had, when he went 3 scoreless
Hector should have realized the grass isn’t greener on the other side. Team chemistry is hard to replicate somewhere else. As for Tucker, I’ll believe it when we see him return to the lineup. Playing these young guys now is a preview of what life may look like if Breggy and Tucker leave. If we didn’t have that atrocious Abreu contract, we could have had a free agent 1st baseman until we developed our own player in the minors.
How soon will we seiners?
Still doesn't fix the last 5 hitters of the batting order, absolutely trash.
Could Yordon be a candidate for 1st base? Maybe try him there in winter ball. He's definitely a big target to throw to. Less chasing fly balls.
What happened to “Bergman slept on his elbow wrong” tale…. 😂😂 I knew that was Bullshit the second I heard it.
Awesome news!!! Wish he would have gotten the contract over Montero
Bregman is a great third baseman, but he hits into too many double plays.
Neris = Battle tested ☑️
Pitching great but offense is garbage 🗑️
If he is that good, why was he cut?
Charlie couldn't make it because this is optimistic news
Play Bregman at 1st.
Neris is obviously a good pickup. Hopefully Pressly will get back and Neris can get the walks under raps. But these injuries are bad. They have no bats at this point. They needed to get a first baseman at the deadline. Even if he was Singelton offensively but a good defender, they needed something. Ideally of course you want a better hitter than that, but they didn't have much to offer. Bottom line they need no more injuries and they need Bregman and Tucker back because after the that they have nothing. Reminds me of the Ausmus Everett pitcher days on steroids.
they have no hiiting they need more offense that could be there downfall too many injuries at the wrong time !!!!
Neris hasn't been spectacular this season so hopefully the Astros will get him back into form.
The injury bug has been so bad this season, getting back to the ALCS would be a huge testament to what this team is able to overcome.
The crab walk is back!!
Why is Meyers still playing everyday? Our back end of the line up is atrocious. This guy strikes out more than Preston Wilson.
