I love this goal. I really thought the Habs were done when Caufield missed at 6 seconds but then one more chance! Great goal. Makes me hopeful for the future of this lineup.

Too small for the NHL….
The way Caufield was able to make a split second adjustment to score shows his great skill and instinct. The pass ended up a bit too ahead of him and he knows he can’t take a big windup so focuses more on just redirecting the hard pass on net.
At 24 seconds Suzuki gives a little tap to a Flyers with his stick LOL

I was at this game and the barn was on fire after this goal. Fun fact: I brought my American friend to a first Habs game that night. Couldn’t have been more exciting!

Suzuki is so poised. Almost any other player would have looked at the time ticking down and fired a shot that would likely get stopped.
My man just fools everyone and fires a perfect cross ice pass to Caufield for a completely open net. Amazing.
