Thank you for year after year of great drafting. Your hard work does not go unnoticed. Robert Thomas and Jordan Kyrou have been great especially at the positions they were drafted. Neighbours, bolduc, snuggerud and dvorsky and lindstein are looking to show promise as well.

And now the league is really shifting to a virtual format for the draft where GMs and their teams will be in their own hometown war rooms. What does this signal to the players coming on board getting picked? They no longer get to shake the hands of the people who decided that they wanted this kid above others on their list? The whole vibe is going to be a gutcheck next year. The NHL is really going to have to do better with making this change. I give it 2 years before it's back to being in person.
