What a load of bull. The guy says Laine was in the player assistance program I don't know why, and then goes on to talk about partying in Montreal… Like, it could be so many things. Besides, Laine is known to be a loner. He's not a party animal. It's just wild speculation based on a nothingburger.
Wouldn’t it be counter intuitive to send him somewhere where there’s nothing to do or smells like curry 24/7 like Toronto? It’s exactly why he got bored in Winnipeg or Columbus… cause there’s nothing to do there!
It wasn't nightlife..geeez.. depression was a big part of his issues
