1. With the Canadians acquisition it just made things are bit different for a look heading into the new season, don’t see the same magic being waved about by the leafs yet, so waiting for something BIG to happen before the start.

2. You need depth players in every position, I never thought Matt Murray would ever be discussed as a Playing Goalie for them and low and behold I’ve heard talk, so throw everything out the window with what yo7 wish to speculate on, likely will never transpire other BS will but not that.

3. If this D guy is that big PLAY him look at CHARA couldn’t play worth a shit when he came into the league but established himself when he found his game. Let this guy find his game.

4. The Jersey thing means nothing. He hasnt suited up once. He was invited as a Star. Lol. He is not even a Leaf in contract yet

5. I don't think he is even worth a try, move on

6. The bigger question is why is Marner still here.

7. If the injury is bone on bone would that not be a negotiation in bad faith by his agent ?

8. hahaha… he's not gonna be able to validate the contract, so that $$$ is back in the Leafs hands. No question.
