  1. I can’t recall ever just assuming a loss for my team after a ceremonial first pitch. But I don’t see how the baseball gods allow Ohtani and Decoy to lose after this.

  2. The cameraman is how we should all record. Perfect understanding of framing/use of vertical, capturing the action and the camera feed simultaneously

  3. Are you at the game? You can sell your Ohtani Bobblehead and probably afford a 3 day vacation in Las Vegas.

  4. Ok, that’s awesome! Although after watching the video from the other day, I half expected the dog to poop somewhere on the field, lol.

  5. This has to be the first time in MLB history that a player hit a homer in a game in which his dog had the first pitch.

  6. While that was adorable, I’m mostly in awe of how well trained his dog is. Mine could never do something that coordinated

  7. After watching this, If you told me Ohtani napalmed a day care center, I would call you a liar for at least three days.

  8. Excellent command and velocity. Would have had a future as a reliever if MLB had not banned the spitball.

  9. What a perfect bobblehead night. Showed up at 4 to get that damn bobblehead and it was totally worth it. Shohei said after the game they trained him for 2 weeks and brought him to the stadium on Monday to practice.
So so happy I snagged a ticket for this yesterday.
