Holy fuck why does the NHL do this to themselves??? Why is this deal allowed? Congrats to Carolina for finding a loop hole like a few other teams have done but in a cap league it’s about being as fair as possible and this clearly circumvents that. Why was slavin and now this deal ever allowed! Makes no sense.
