Know what they say…this game is a game of inches.
Another chiefs game, another near heart attack.
Football is back babbyyyyyy
By a fuckin toenail…whew…
Thank God for his shoe size
WE ARE THE ONLY UNDEFEATED TEAM IN THE NFL (of those that qualify)
Crazy that I need to clarify that, stop dming me please 😂
Won by a toe, but a win is a win.
Ready for Hollywood to make his return and crucify the rest of the NFL
Ended up being wayyyyy too close for comfort. We had them beat all game, but some stupid mistakes and sloppy execution kept what should’ve been a blowout competitive to the end. Should’ve never been up to the refs. Still, I’d rather have us struggle early and be forced to figure it out—long season to go and there was a lot to be optimistic about. I know we’ll work out the kinks. Threepeat soon!
“What a night by Likely, what a night by Lamar”
Sure, Chris, but did you see Rice with a 100 yards, Worthy with two tuddies, and the Chiefs with a win?
lot of little stuff we need to tweak but overall I don’t think we looked too bad
Grateful for the win but this game really showcased why the team can’t tie up a ton of money re-signing Bolton.
Great job boys. We have recievers again and the Defense played fantastic all the way until the 2 minute warning. Don’t do that again
Difference in the game was Mahomes hit his wide open TD
CHIEFS = VICTORIOUS, r/nfl = SALTY, WE ARE SO BACK YALL
“Never a doubt” I say, as I mop up the puddle of sweat beneath my chair.
Almost died of a heart attack and now I’m supposed to go to sleep???
That couldn’t have been more painful for Baltimore fans
The saying football is a game of inches is true. Holy shit that was stressful. Go chiefs.
Untucking believable. How in the hell am I supposed to go to bed now?
Worthy is worthy
Waiting to hear from /r/nfl that out of bounds shouldn’t actually be out of bounds
keep in mind y’all, the ravens are no joke. that offense would’ve steamrolled almost any other team in the league
Those 2 horrible passes by Lamar show why he’s not on the same level as our boy.

Lamar 16 carries. And that’s just carries. not to mention times he’s hit on passes.
That is 100% unsustainable. That’s their problem. Can’t win in the playoffs after a season’s worth of hits.
Me at the end of the game:

Damn. How can you hate Patrick? Dude goes out of his way to get Worthy’s TD balls so he can have them. Shows real leadership.
Honestly, that was probably in the top 3 for our hardest game of the year. We looked much worse last year. We won. We’re eating good in the neighborhood folks.
Crazy that in this one game Xavier Worthy probably has had a better career than Skyy Moore
That game was not as close as the score suggests. Glad we pulled it out. But that should’ve been a 28-17 game. I don’t know about y’all. But I’m feeling *really* fucking good about this year. We just mopped the second best team in the league. We were 4 mistakes and uncharacteristic plays away from that being an ass whooping. Defense looks great. Offense moves the ball like an F1 driver. 2 punts (3?) and 27 points against the Ravens D? Fuckkkkkk I’ll take it.
LETS GO Y’ALL 1-0.
Fucking pussies on /r NFL once again blaming the refs and Chris Collinsworth for the Chiefs winning. Nothing is more enjoyable than their collective misery.
The TV production values of the NFL in 2024 are incredible. Back in the day, you would have never had THREE perfect camera angles of a toe on the line in a regular season game…much less crystal-clear in 4K.
Can we all appreciate how awesome that is?
Help me understand this. You get so badly hurt that you’re doubled over in pain and a medical team rushes to your side to start ensuring you don’t further injure yourself.
In getting so badly hurt, you’re given a grace period of 30 extra pivotal seconds that should never have been given to you.
5 seconds later you’re back in the game to catch the potentially game winning ball. Truly a modern day miracle right before our eyes.
KC scored 27 points against the team that was the #2 D last year.
Know how many times they scored 27 or more last year?
Including the playoffs, they did that 6 times:
* CHI (41)
* MIN (27)
* LAC (31)
* LV (31)
* NE (27)
* BUF – Divisional (27)
That’s good news for us.
Ravens press conference quotes are too funny. Lamar thinks Likely was in bounds. Roquan Smith wants to fight Hendershot, thinks Mahomes flopped, and also thinks that Likely was in bounds. Likely says that’s the worst the Ravens will play so if that’s the best the Chiefs got good luck in the playoffs.
Nothing quite like the sound of sore losers on our banner night
