Clarke
Chris Gratton is overrated? This is the first time I’ve heard his name mentioned this decade.
Clarke
Clarke
Surely Clarke
Clarke
I wish there was a way to get Carle in an underrated slot here. I feel like I remember some discourse around him being that he was carried, but I was shocked when I came across his player card recently. I think jfresh posted it sometime within the last year or two – dude had fantastic top pair metrics.
Clarke. Or Bernie
Michkov!
Clarke
Lindros
Has to be Bobby Clarke, assuming you count his time with the organization off the ice as well.
Lindros was a game-changer though. E-train changed how athletes were conditioned.
Gotta be Clarke. Lindros is 2nd I would assume.
Donald Brashear
Never saw clark play so I say Lindros followed by Howe
This is a tough one…so many great players have come through. But I think you gotta go Clarke. If you want to debate you’d have some big names to toss around…but in the end it’s Clarke all the way.
Gerry Mayhew!!
If we’re allowed a loop hole of non players, I’d say Ed Snider. And the fact there is a best forward square, we could put Clarkie there.
As much as I want to say Lindros, all respect must be paid to the Captain… Mr. Bobby Clarke
It’s Clarke but I wasn’t alive for him so for me it’s Lindros.
Trent Klatt
It’s a two-way tie between Simon Gagne and himself.
Bernie Parent or Chris Pronger
Bernard Marcel Parent
Clarke is the best. For players most of the fan base has actually seen play hockey it’s Giroux.
Gratton was a beast in NHL 99 – always picked him up right away
Bernie…without him they wouldn’t have won those cups
Lindros , he had everything, power , speed and tough guy . Concussion screw him and the staff that make him play with a concussion !
Bobby boy…
Gotta be Paul Ranheim or Trent Klatt
All time success – Bobby Clarke
Future hopes and dreams – Matvei Michkov
If you get to draft any past or present flyer at 17/18 years old today in a time travel scenario everyone is taking – Eric Lindros
I’m in my early 40s. Lindros for me. Nothing but respect for Clarke but I never got to watch him play. I knew him more as a GM with the Flyers who never brought the Cup to town.

Has to be Clarke, then Lindros
