1. I love it, I’m always an advocate of developing our talent. Like any job or craft, you got to hone it through practice and repetition, so I believe he is only going to get better every game! I will always be one of the last to give up on our picks.

2. Love having his physicality. Dude is big fast and strong. The way he flipped Montgomery I was surprised. I wasn’t a believer last year but this year he is one of our impact players by far

3. A true unexpected star in the making so far. So many in the secondary have stepped early but he is the real eye catcher to this point.

4. I feel like this front office has really found pieces late and in the undrafted players. I think this franchise had taken a step forward. They have figured out what traits to identify in draft picks or undrafted FA. And they are just picking up a TON of talent. I think getting another Tackle, pass rusher and corner is a MUST.

   But after that, it’s really about taking gambles. I think we’re going to be good for the next few years,
