1. This falls on the shoulders of Dave Tepper. He completely destroyed this franchise to build it back in his vision. Let go of DJ Moore, CMC, Brian Burns, Donte Jackson, Steve Wilks, & 2 top picks that ended up being Caleb Williams & Jalen Carter. Then whiffed on CJ Stroud & Anthony Richardson. A complete disaster

2. Nobody says they have to win, but they have to show that they can do the basics at the least…he cannot

3. Tepper is way too involved with football operations, he should stay away and let the football guys he hired do their job.

10. Bryce Young might be young (no pun intended), but why have a 23-year-old with an atrocity caused by Tepper when QBs ages 25+ can be terrible at handling losing too?

    Think about it. Denver's not completely bad, but Bo Nix, 25, is handling things better. Even Tommy DeVito, 26, did better with the Giants — as a rookie — than Bryce did in his 2 years, and the Giants have been almost as bad — overall record-wise — as the Panthers since 2022.

    In fact, it's possible that Russell Wilson (and Andy Dalton) are upgrades over all these guys. Sorry, but popularity contests and age-shaming are not good determinants of competence.

11. Maybe Bryce Young just isn't an NFL quarterback. Everyone blamed the roster last year but the one game Andy Dalton started, he threw for 360 yards against the Seahawks with receivers who couldn't get open and a line that couldn't block. Bryce looked lost and overwhelmed and I hate it for him, but I don't think it's all because of the roster.

12. I'd rather watch Andy Dalton throw an interception, than watch Bryce Young's tiny little self run out onto the field. I'm over Bryce, and most of the Panther fans I know are too.

24. Andy is not going to fix it. How do we know it is the worst roster, Bryce is not going to push the roster to excel. Andy maybe able to help Dave evaluate what they have and where they need to go. Sitting Bryce is the best thing for the Panthers. Dave has the right to change his mind at anytime, he is the head coach and ya'll need to show him a bit of respect.
