Had a cool find today at a thrift store. A team signed jersey for $20! I’m trying to figure out some of the signatures though and was wondering if anyone could help me out?

~~I have tried identifying a couple of them, and honestly I can’t match them at all. I’ve tried to match the 31, the 41, the 6, the 7, and the 13 and I cannot match any of them at all. I have a feeling, and I could be wrong, but I don’t think these are ducks signatures.~~
Apparently I am wrong, I didn’t think the 7 was Cogs but it must be cause that is 100% Vats on the upper right as another user said.
