I decided to look up the draft discussions from over a year ago and man this just really shows us that none of us know what we are talking about when it comes to quarterbacks and drafting them.

They really brought out prep time like he’s Batman in a hypothetical scenario
If you think this is bad look at the game day threads. People are so damn reactionary on there. One bad play on the first drive and they are calling for Slowiks head and saying this team is the “same ole Texans”
CJ & JJ are the 2 biggest examples of “Armchair GMs” in our teams history. JJ of all ppl got booed at the draft. The exact reason why we as fans are exactly that, fans, and not scouts or GMs or Coaches. Youre entitled to your opinion of course, but to make such sweeping statements abt these guys who have at that pt only ever played “amateur football” and seemingly wish them failure is just crazy to me. We need to just get behind the players and support them, especially when they’re flipping 21/22 year olds who’ve not even played snap in the NFL yet.
“Can’t handle pressure” the literal worst take of all time💀💀💀he handles pressure better than 90% of NFL quarterbacks all time
Literally all of us have said this about a player. I was a big stroud fan for sure. Was thrilled when we got him. I also thought Bryce would be awesome. My biggest bust ever was Justin Blackman

Same guy that wanted Caserio fired after day one of free agency this year because he didn’t sign Mike Evans or Saquon Barkley.
Haven’t seen MM around much since shortly after that. I hope he is ok lol
