I was there and it was an amazing win but when Cam threw a frozen rope 65yds through the air with the flick of the wrist off his back foot to Ted Ginn it was the most impressive feat of athleticism I’ve ever seen in person. Truly inhuman. There was a loud, collective “WOAH” in the Coliseum.
That would have been wild to have Mack and maxx on the line at the same time. Ngl of all then bullshit that we’ve put up with as fans, at least we’ve had at least a game wrecking DE for the last decade.
I had so much fun watching football that year. The offense was damn near unstoppable, and even though the defense gave up points, they made huge plays when it mattered most.
That game was a Rollercoaster. Some of the most fun (and most stress I’ve ever experienced) I’ve ever had watching football was that season
This may have been the game where a bunch of DBs were out and Khalil was saying something like, “just give me 3 seconds” to his DBs and he sealed the game. Also Cam was a madman in his prime. What a player.
