8. You didn’t even get into Coach nick. The #1 culprit. The man who hasn’t been able to adjust. He’s bi polar. He was overly aggressive in the first quarter when they failed on 4th down just to be overly conservative kick the field goal in the 4th quarter. Pick an identity, Nick. What kind of message does that send the team? Also, when you chased down CJGJ after the 4th down run stuff you should’ve scolded him for taking his helmet off. The team is undisciplined.

9. I get the frustration but Carter and Sweat are very solid players and Carter will become a beast. Davis might be a bust which is what I feared when we drafted him. This defense is VERY talented overall. The only bad signing was Bryce Huff. Said it when the rumors swirled about losing Reddick and getting Huff. Dumb decision and it’s already hurting us. The scheme sucks and is ultimately the problem. We need to go back to a 4-3 defense.

14. The problems I see with the DL are 1) they are only using 1 move to get past or through OL. That goes to COACHING!!
    2) The DC does NOT use LINE STUNTS, TWISTS, or BLITZ LB's, DB's!!
    3) It takes TIME to draft GOOD players! But first you have to have a GREAT SCOUTING department and you have to LISTEN to the advice of those scouts!
    4) Trade for players, sign FA's, and resign players. You have KEEP GOOD players, get rid of the GARBAGE, aquire better players, and DEVELOP the young talented players you have!! All in a way that will allow you to keep doing this $$$ year after year!!
    5) Draft players to help build a team. The EAGLES have been decent in this, overall. Certain positions they just refuse to draft in the first 3 rounds. Why?
    6) part of the problem is scheme. See #2, also the style of defense 3-4 vs 4-3 vs Nickle, as the base defense. You then have to have players that FIT that scheme! You cannot fit a square peg into a round hole.

18. I had a bad feeling before this season started. Hurts is not the elite QB we thought he was. He's good but he's not elite. The defense is terrible and Howie both has trouble drafting and signing defensive players. Carter was supposed to be a monster. Davis was supposed to be a run stuffer at the least. They have a all star cast offense on paper and they're mediocre. I don't know what I'm supposed to be excited about. I see a bad season and Sirriani getting fired. I know it's week 3. But I've been a fan about 35 years. You can just see it coming sometimes.

26. Jordan Davis & Jalen Carter are interior defensive linemen. They should not be judged on pass rushing. Aaron Donald has scrambled your football minds. We need defensive ends & EDGE players to get to the QB. That’s what they’re paid to do.

    Nolan Smith has NEVER been a pass rusher. He averaged 2 sacks per season at Georgia.

27. How do you skip the 2 most disturbing trends of all? #1 is that they are pulling another Rashad Penny with Devon White! (And Rodgers for that matter) and #2 dating back to last year, every single week we keep having starters end up hurt in Thursday practices and miss the games! It’s every week! What are they doing in Thursday/Friday practices that take a starter out every damn week so far just like all of last year??

28. On the pro level football isn't that easy
    Especially sorting out a championship team , shuffle the squad at every position back up positions just in case
    Make hybrids when you scheme on a different level in multiple positions your going to have surprises some good some bad but getting the kinks out , reading defense, creating plays , scoring, forced fumbles are great , ball management no pro is completely perfect build up not down .

29. It is a pattern with RQB's (Running quarterbacks). They abandon the pocket too early. They think they can win the game on their own. They don't make complete reads because they're thinking about where they can escape to. And most of the time they have attitudes about being indispensable because of their ability to run. Randall Cunningham started this crap back in the late 80's. As a starter, he lead the team in rushing until he was injured. Then when he returned, after learning a painful lesson, he was second in rushing yards and the Eagles had their first 1k yd rusher in seven years (Earnest Jackson 1072 yds '85 to Herschel Walker 1070 yds '92). In all of his seasons when he led in rushing the WR's had their worst receiving yard years. The same with Mike Vick. And we see it elsewhere. Cam Newton, Lamar Jackson, Tagovioloa, and on and on. BTW, Derek Carr has a 142.4 QBR and is sixth in team rushing yds. Hurts QBR@ 84.2 and is second in team rushing. THIS IS A PROBLEM.

    Otherwise your wasting your time, each season the goal is Superbowl not just playoff berth , there's nothing like saying you beat the best , criticism of ourselves is like a dark cloud, a storm is coming, let the storm past , get better, also confidence is something an athlete should never lose if you hold an position it's yours until you lose it , just like with baseball if a pitcher walk too many he might get taken out of the game but as long as he's striking the batters out his count will increase as a matter of fact he won't be pulled as long as he's doing good .
