What are your thoughts on Neal and Thibodeaux currently?

Extremely underwhelming
Wish they had more trade value

Kayvon is mid, Neal will be practice squad somewhere one day
Thibs likes to jump on qbs when the game is already over to pad his stats. Thats about all he’s good for. I think he’s had 1 good play when the game was on the line. All his sacks come when it’s garbage time.
Busts. Kayvon might have a chance to be productive, Neal is shot. Odds are neither has their 5th year option picked up, which is a disaster. Which would make it 5 out of 7 picks taken since 2019 that didn’t have their options picked up or were off the team by then. Only Lawrence and Thomas.
Peaked in college aura
Both are busts. Still a chance Thibs could be a good role player but that would take a hell of an improvement.
Disappointments. It’s Schoen’s job to determine whether or not guys are all hype or can actually become dominant players. But at the same time if these guys worked out and lived up to their potential, there’s no doubt we would be a completely different team. Honestly just makes me sad how ass these guys are
Thibs- can still be a quality starter, has the talent to back it up
Neal- i don’t like giving up on giants but he’s better off somewhere else
Neal is a bum.
KT is underperforming but still has time to turn things around. I don’t think he’s on pace for bum status, but he may just top out as an average starter

Thibs is a B level player who probably still has a bit of room for growth. That’s a guy you draft in round 2 maybe 3. Not in the top 5. So a clear miss for me.
Neal – not a starting NFL tackle clearly. Big miss, already in the biggest busts in the history of the franchise at this point in time. Very little chance that changes.
So all in all, 0 for 2 considering how high those picks were. Sucks.

They both suck. Enough said lol
Neal is unplayable and Thibs is invisible alot.
Neal is a major bust. Thibs just seems like he acts more like he deserves to be a top guy more than that he has to work to be one and he is no Hutchinson…..

These are the picks that get the GM fired. Having 2 picks in the top 10 and not having 1 game changer player is inexcusable.
