[Anthony Martineau] Lane Hutson was, yet again, the best player on the ice. He flies out there & does whatever he wants.

This dude is not starting in Laval.
We really know how to manage expectations /s.
Apparently a Habs player told Elliotte Friedman (32 thoughts) after skating with him pre-camp that they think Huston’s going to make a serious run at the Calder and not to sleep on him. That comment from one of his peers means a lot in terms of what he is capable of.
As an outsider looking in, what are the chances he cracks the roster at the start of the season?
So PP1 ?
Its Lane’s world.. we’re just living in it.
I honestly think his limit will be his ability to stay healthy. He’s still a twig and the big boys won’t hesitate to give him a good (hopefully legal) hit. You can have success in this league at 5’10, but 162 pounds or whatever he is almost a non starter
