16. Richardson, with all due respect but those are really horrible interceptions! He was already weak in preparation, but his passing is really bad, 6 interceptions in 2.5 games and not even 50% completions. Yes, he always has these long throws which strangely enough come in, but he has to get better in the short to 20 yards, otherwise I see black for him!

44. I can see the potential in williams. He's gonna be fine. I knew from the get go that trubisky and Fields were not gonna be good passers. This kid has what it takes. He threw for over 300 yards in his third games its only gonna get better as he gets comfortable.
