  1. So, does this make Blazervision unnecessary for those of us who have YouTube TV, since KATU is carried on that? And with YTTV, you have unlimited DVR, whereas Blazervision appears to not?

  2. Oh no I’m gunna miss root sports 🙁 just like I’m gunna miss draymond green when he retires

  3. So what about Mondays and Saturdays where ABC-broadcast football will obviously be prioritized? Will they relegate Blazers to a secondary digital-only channel?

  4. I feel like a dummy, but man it’s been so long I genuinely don’t remember, what happens exactly when it’s like a Tuesday and there is a new episode of Castle that overlaps with game time?

  5. If your local and you want to watch the whole game on delay . Is the best bet to buy an antenna and a dvr box ?

Blazer vision says it’s not on demand until 60 minutes post game .

  6. A tv tuner box for over the air stations has been such a great investment and this is just another reason to own one.

(It’s also great in case the internet is out but the electricity is still on and the entry cost is so low…)

  7. So for those markets that do get Blazervision… Can I opt to use League Pass or will it be blacked out?

  8. I was honestly expecting KPTV due to the Remix getting on the 2nd Fox channel, but regardless I’m glad to hear a streaming services within the broadcast area for those who don’t fuck with cable/don’t want to get a streaming service/don’t want to deal with OTAs

  9. Wish it was KGW instead of Sinclair/KATU but other than that very minor complaint this is great news.

  10. This seems like the best possible option, I can’t see a scenario where things ended up better than this. In an era of sports becoming intentionally more restrictive and anti-consumer, it’s really refreshing to see this happen.

Also sincerely fuck root sports from the bottom of my heart. Morons are so bad at running a business.
