The ball park is empty because the price of admission has become preposterous. Even the nosebleeds aren’t affordable for most people these days.
When the d-backs won the series on 2001 you could get a pair of cheap seats and a few beers for under $25. Add in all the down time for tv commercials and the experience is just not what it used to be.
you know me and how i like to comment on things, but i said last year after the world series to fire Torry, people have been fired for less.

I commend all the diehards for supporting this team, unfortunately this is not enough. You need the transplants and casuals to get on board but frankly they just don’t care about this team.
