  1. they should introduce a reverse “mr irrelevant” for the NHL, where instead of a jersey for the last Pick

you get a jersey for being first cut at training camp

  2. Morin being sent down so early is concerning to me. Was hoping he’d make more of a push although I haven’t really watched him all camp. Is this just how things will go for him considering we’ve added Brew, Parekh, and Grush in the last year?

  3. Makes sense. Good for guys like Battaglia and Mews to get a little experience against some tougher competition and while they are both decent prospects they are several years away from a look at the NHL. Hoping they light up junior this year

  4. CHL seasons are starting. If they know the guys ain’t going to make it. Might as well send them to their teams so they don’t miss games. Good luck boys. Morin get your ass in gear tho

  5. Jacob Battaglia (LW) (Kingston, OHL)

    Axel Hurtig (D) (Calgary, WHL)

    Eric Jamieson (D) (Everett, WHL)

Hunter Laing (RW) (Prince George, WHL)

    Henry Mews (D) (Ottawa, OHL)

    Luke Misa (LW) (Brampton, OHL)

    Etienne Morin (D) (Moncton, QMJHL)

The Flames have also released Luke McNamara (LW) from his amateur tryout agreement.

Edit: I don’t know how to format properly.
