Oh well. 3 seed it is. Nervous but excited especially since I’m going to the WC series and I haven’t been to a playoff game since 2018.
If the bye is dead can we phone it in against the Mets this weekend? Because I hate the Braves.
Like I said, threw the entire game to get one strike out. He wasn’t retiring so there’s zero reason to do that mess. Not exactly a deep playoff caliber team if you can’t take down the Pirates in late September.
Phillies clinch bye
Freddy pitched like a goofball to get his 200th K but the offense couldn’t do anything besides Bauers crushing that one pitch
Hello playoff Brewers my old friend.
A lot of losers lost money tonight, I’ll take that as a consolation prize for the loss
Tepid games for tepid times
Why is it always the Pirates
I hate playing them
Wasn’t expecting to run the table for the bye, but losing out on THAT performance tonight just sucks. 1 damn run against the poopy-ass Pirates.
Praying the bats show up in the Wild Card for once
Geez that was dumb
I woke up just in time to miss the game
I’ll harass you all tomorrow morning
Just got home from watching that new 1982 Brewers team documentary.
We gotta win it all. That movie gets so sad at the end.
The Phillies beat the Cubs tonight which means the Cubs cannot win more than 84 games this season. It also means I win my preseason bet of the Cubs having UNDER 84.5 wins!!! That’s another ticket to cash in the next time I am in Vegas (along with my Brewers OVER 76.5 wins and Brewers make the Playoffs at +295).
There goes the bye. This team man
