  7. For 20 years, it has been the Greatest Atmosphere and Most Daunting Uniform Combination in the National Football League. How did we get to where it is today you ask? Well heres the story:

    It began with bang, and by bang it being that in the form of a 106 yard yard interception return for a touchdown by the Greatest Ball Hawk Who Ever Lived. People outside of this city thought it was just an amazing play that clinched a Sunday Night game between an AFC North rival, but little did they know, THAT PLAY STARTED A MOVEMENT! Ever since that day, the Baltimore Blackout began growing its mystique! Whether it was battering the NFL's Ironman in the most lopsided win in Monday Night Football History, or taking a perfect team to the limit even in defeat, or turning a once promising team and Quarterback into yesterday's news. And thats just the start of it. For those that mess with this Ravens tradition like stepping in the way of a kickoff return for a touchdown, only to be denied in the final minute, or the best player that an opponent of ours ever had getting his revenge while telling them to mow his lawn, or knocking a local foe out of the playoffs on a do or die 2 point conversion stop. But its not just the uniforms that make the Blackout daunting, ITS THE ATMOSPHERE! When Mr Big Truzz told the fans to wear black to that Sunday Night Game against New England in 2019, HE MEANT IT! And not only was that game a massive statement on National Television, it warned the NFL that this great tradition had expanded from the players to the fans. Since that November night, the Blackout has gone from underrated to an NFL Spectacle. When its college comparison is that of Penn State (Which also dawned its great atmosphere in 04) thats saying something. Especially considering that this setting like that sea of white in State College is always an opposing quarterback's worst nightmare. And this weekend, this great Raven identity will add another chapter into its two decade history, and even though its against one of the better opponents that has had the task of facing this fresh wind from Football Heaven, the question is still the same. WILL! YOU! PROTECT! THIS! HOUSE!
