  3. If this team flames out again and they enter rebuild mode then you absolutely have to fire James Jones. I don’t trust him directing this team into a rebuild when he’s said in the past he doesn’t value or spend time scouting the draft but I’m not sure Ishbia will go out and hire a big time executive because he wants a lot of control.

  4. Its a very tricky question tbh. Very tricky. Because james jones needs to be fired but I also dont trust ishbia hiring the right guy. Isbhia has a lot of good qualities but like ben said he is too involved. Obviously easier said than done, but if Ishbia can learn when to lay back that would make me more confident.
