7. The Athletics aren't even permitting any comments on all their social media pages lol. What bothers me about this is that Rob Manfred is so desparate to have a team in Las Vegas that he waived the relocation fee for owner John Fisher. The team doesn't even have a stadium deal there yet. It's just all very strange.

9. I don't know if MC Hammer is still around. I can't help but think about his stories of sneaking into games as a kid and eventually becoming a bat boy and spy for the owners. Sorry Oakland fans, my heart is with you. What an amazing run you had.

    The A's players did a classy thing being on the field for the fans after the game even though they were told not to.

40. I haven't been to an A's game since COVID…. but mom used to take us a ton when we were kids. Got a signed bat by Mark McGwire. Got more into basketball, so diehard Warriors fan. But man… I feel bad for the hardcore A's fans. Tough break from a 'bad' owner (I don't know enough to judge his character, but definitely not an owner I'd want for my team).
