Ogbuehi was horrendous
It’s close between Hart and Ogbuehi, but I lean Ogbuehi. I feel like Carman and to a lesser degree Hart were bad but not “jfc how are you in the NFL?” bad. Not only did that apply to Ced, but we also used a first rounder on him which made it sting even more.

Carman was probably the worst since he didn’t start, but in terms of damage to the team, Ogbuehi was the worst since he was a factor in letting Whit walk.

As a giants fan, I legit can’t believe the bengals let hart on the field, much less that he’s not automatically everyone’s first choice. I empathize bengals bros.
Carman and Hart had a handful of games where they were okay. I don’t recall Ogbuehi having that. To add to that list, I don’t recall Price having that either. Those two might be tied for 1a and 1b for me
The guy that threw the defender into Joe Burrow’s legs his rookie year. Adeneji?
If character is a consideration I feel like it’s Carman. At least Hart and Ogbuehi didn’t rape anybody

I’m gonna say Carman in the sense that if we hadn’t lit that pick on absolute fire (Barmore, Creed, Cosmi), we could easily have multiple Super Bowls.

Ced was really really bad
Carman, probably. He was so bad that he couldn’t crack some pretty bad lines. He flashed athleticism from time to time but just could never get in. Ogbuehi has had some limited success after Cincinnati and Hart has played some backup snaps, but it’s Carman imo.
Ogbuehi is by far the worst. Lol

Ogbuehi was the worst. As bad as Hart was at pass blocking, he was actually a decent run blocker. Carman had one good game against a banged up Bills team in the snow.
Carman at least had one good performance against the Bills in the playoffs. It’s not saying much but for that it probably makes him not qualify as the worst. As much as I think Bobby Hart was trash Ogbuehi was the worst. Not only was he Whits planned replacement, there was a question of if he liked football and he was coming off an acl injury when he got picked. Complete disaster of a first round pick.
An honorable mention, Alex Redmond and his constant holding was also pretty bad.

Forgot Marshall Newhouse
Carmen actually played at least well enough not to sabotage a couple games in the playoffs. Ogbeuhi was an absolute liability on nearly every down and he was a 1st rounder. Billy Price probably should also be a part of this question because he might be worse than Hart or Carmen and he was a 1st rounder too.
Ogblewie hands down. Drafted in round 1, came in already injured and sucked major ass when he finally saw the field. What an absolutely embarrassing 1st round pick.
