2. this is a slight salary dump by the wolves, without losing too much talent. they cant pay edwards gobert and towns long term

3. knicks is the one who got better, they need a center because of losing hartenstein and robinson to injury. they still dont have much rim protection, but their five out offense is gonna be great

7. Here's what this is. Kat's contract was gigantonormousflormousnormous. Randle is expiring. Naz Ried has a player option coming up. KAT flamed out in the mavs run. As weird as this is, this is literally a KAT salary dump that also gave them a pick and a great guard in Divincenzo, which has the on ball creation minnesota needs. Good trade IMO.

10. ONE YEAR OF RANDELS 30 MILLION 4 YEARS OF KAT AT 50 PLUSS MINNASOTA IS THE CLEAR WINNER ISSAC. Rudy is off the books next year they are young and athletic lol and they have 2 young good bigs you have only seen Naz this is a great trade for Minnesota, they got better and got their books right in one move

11. Townes wants to be big time scorer but is not a great defender. He is a seven-footer that really does not like to fight on the inside and rebound. Randel is a twenty point per game scorer and will attack the basket often but needs the ball to effective. How does Randel fit with Edwards? Divincenzo will be a good addition that will help on defense and with some offense as a good bench player. New York needed to get some more size and hopefully Towns will add some more scoring. And Randel will add some more grit to Minn defense and some more inside scoring. But the Minn team will be weaker, and New York got stronger.

18. Naz Reid is gonna start in Towns place. He started in his place last year when Towns needed meniscus surgery and the team didn’t miss a beat.

    Also Towns is a liability in the playoffs. Y’all should know from the WCF. He has consistently turned the ball over and gets into foul trouble. This has been a consistent problem for the past decade.

19. If Randle ever stays healthy, the Timberwolves will be a bit better. I still think the Mavs can beat them in a series.

This on court this year will make the wolves worse, randel is not a 16 game player, injury prone and a poor shooter. the knicks however quite scary in the east, I would actually put them above 76s for sure now. Contracts wise its a good move for the wolves but with ther cap situattion I doubut they will have alot of cap space still but might avoid the second apron

27. The Wolves got better and the Knicks are not much better for the playoffs imo. KAT doesn’t have it between the ears haha. The Wolves now have a clear-cut 2-year window before Rudy, Naz Reid and Randle all expire.

30. Randle is injury prone and that has been an issue these past few seasons. Rumours has it that he can't stomach the idea playing 2nd fiddle to Brunson or something along those lines. It became apparent even more so when Knicks started winning without him. It would be very interesting to see how will fit with a team led by a young superstar and talks a lot. Like a lot, a lot.

    As a Mavs fan, I still would love to matchup against Wolves in the post-season lol.
