Stop blaming the umpire for this loss. A couple shitty calls was not the deciding factor. Giving up a grand slam in the first inning and bad defense was. Playing like we did the last 2 games isn’t gonna cut it in the post season anyway

I know people don’t want to hear this but the Mets stun k last night. Honestly, the Mets can’t blame the umpire. They can only blame themselves. Their attempt at “defense” was a joke and they are unable to hold runners on. Why was Acuna on the bench and 0-38 JD starting at DH? Lindor should be the DH until he has fully recovered and can make his usual accurate throws to 1B.
De Jesus is one of those umps that’s always fucking us. It’s a conspiracy I say.

DeJesus is the new Angel Hernandez.
They still have a chance to take the last two from Milwaukee. If they go into Monday having to sweep the double header they are screwed.
