That is a work of art, I miss the Rivermen, fond memories of watching Hans Benson and Reaves beat the hell out of people back in ‘08
I have a blue Peoria jersey from the mid 2000s that is my favorite jersey. Used to go see games there every year or so with some family. Good times!
Definitely miss having the minor league affiliate so close to STL…
Man, as a kid in the 90’s, on the interstate with my parents or uncle, pulling into Peoria with some classic rock blasting on the radio on the way to Riverman game on a Friday night, was a magical experience I wish every kid could experience.
